Kedron Cottage is a little unpretentious 2 bedroom post WW2 house with a secure yard in Turner Rd Kedron. great for relocators who are welcome to store furniture in old shabby area. Neat and clean upstairs with timber floors with an old extension downstair. One double bed room and a 2 X king singles bedroom. A pull outsofa in the lounge room . Neat new little kitchen with all appliances except a diswasher. Airconditioner in main bedroom and lounge.Secure yard with 1.2 m fences, and across the street from a off-leash dog park and lovely walking paths through the historic cemetary. Lovely coffee shop 300m walk. Just 1.2Km from The Prince Charles Hospital and just 30M to Bus stop to city and hospital. Ask for a discount if staying for a month or more.
